Helping you navigate Neurodiversity with genuine support

I’m a fully qualified MBACP integrative counsellor supporting adults who are curious if they have ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD or are newly diagnosed. Especially those navigating masking, burnout, overwhelm, shutdowns, and the adjustment that can come with a late diagnosis.
I work collaboratively and flexibly, tailoring therapy to each person rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. My aim is to help clients feel clearer, steadier, and less alone as they make sense of what’s been happening.
Having been diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 36, I can understand what it’s like to begin unmasking and adjusting to new ways of living.
When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me fussing over my cat (although he's usually just ignoring me), going for walks, relaxing with family, reading, or settling down to watch a good film or TV series. (or rewatching a comfort series again - usually the US Office, Fraiser or a 90s comedy series).

I offer a variety of counselling services to meet the unique needs of my clients, including face-to-face, online, telephone & WhatsApp.
My online, telephone and WhatsApp therapy services are available across the UK. Face-to-face therapy is based in Bromborough, Wirral.
I am also working on developing support groups, workshops and other neurodiverse specific services.
If you are interested in the support groups or workshops, please register your interest by filling out the 'Contact Me' form.

I work collaboratively and flexibly, tailoring therapy to each person rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. My aim is to help clients feel clearer, steadier, and less alone as they make sense of what’s been happening.
Whether you’re feeling stuck in task paralysis, overwhelmed by everyday routines, or simply craving some clarity, I am able to support you with empathy and curiosity.
If traditional strategies have left you feeling overwhelmed or misunderstood, I’m here to offer support that is understandable, doable, and designed specifically with your neurodivergent brain in mind.
Please reach me at hello@healwithhollie.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Sessions are designed to be flexible and accessible, wherever you are.
It means I honour and celebrate neurodivergent ways of thinking, feeling, and being. I work with curiosity - not judgment - and offer tools that support emotional wellbeing without trying to “fix” who you are.
You can get in touch via the contact form on the website or email me directly. I’ll guide you through the next steps, including a free initial chat to see if we’re a good fit.
I aim to keep therapy as accessible as possible. If cost is a barrier, feel free to reach out - we can explore options together.
The first session is a gentle space to explore what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and how we might work together. There’s no pressure to share everything - just a chance to begin.
Sessions last 50 minutes.
Most clients choose weekly or fortnightly sessions, but we can discuss what feels manageable and supportive for you.
That’s not something I require. Whether you're formally diagnosed, self-identifying, or simply curious about neurodivergence, you're welcome here.
That’s completely okay. Many clients feel anxious about starting therapy. I’ll meet you with warmth, patience, and no judgment. You’re allowed to take your time.
Not at all. Therapy can be a space for growth, reflection, and learning - not just when someone feels they are in crisis. Many clients come to deepen self-understanding, build emotional tools, or explore identity.
That's okay. I’m familiar with ways neurodivergent people might mask, freeze, or find words hard to access. We’ll move at your pace, using tools that feel safe and supportive.
Yes. You’re always in control. If you need a break or decide therapy isn’t right for you, we can talk it through and end with care.
I don’t offer formal assessments or diagnostic letters, but I can support you in understanding your needs and navigating referrals or accommodations.
You’re not alone in feeling that. Many clients start with a sense of “something’s off” or “I feel stuck.” Together, we’ll gently explore what’s going on and what might help.
