I’m a fully qualified MBACP therapist supporting adults with anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem and burnout.
I am also a neurodiversity-affirming therapist with a deep knowledge and passion for supporting adults navigating the unique challenges of ADHD and Autism (ASD), and the very real emotional challenges that come with navigating a neurotypical world.
My mission is to help adults untangle the complexities that can accompany mental health difficulties and neurodiverse life, such as executive function struggles, masking, burnout from constantly “trying harder,” and the weight of a late diagnosis.
Having been diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 36, I truly understand what it’s like to begin the journey of unmasking and adjusting to new ways of living. This personal insight enriches my work and fuels my commitment to helping you find approaches that genuinely resonate with your neurodiverse brain and experiences.
When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me fussing over my cat (trying to decode his cryptic stares), delivering ADHD training sessions, going for countryside strolls, relaxing with family, reading, and watching a good film or TV series.
I offer a variety of counselling services to meet the unique needs of my clients, including face-to-face, online & telephone.
My online and telephone therapy services are available across the UK. Face-to-face therapy is based in Bromborough, Wirral.

I know some days are harder than others, and we all need a little adaptability, so my approach to therapy is collaborative and structured yet flexible.
Whether you’re feeling stuck in task paralysis, overwhelmed by everyday routines, or simply craving clarity in the chaos, I am able to support you with empathy and curiosity. Together, we make sense of the chaos and untangle the knots that hold you back, creating practical, tailored strategies that fit your needs
I move beyond traditional talk therapy by incorporating CBT adaptations, gamification for habit-building, accountability tools, and holistic methods designed to make therapy engaging rather than overwhelming. It’s not about adding another chore to your to-do list but about making life easier, whether that’s managing relationships, work stress, daily challenges, or just getting through your routines.
If traditional strategies have left you feeling overwhelmed, know you’re not alone - I’m here to offer support that is understandable, doable, and designed specifically with your brain in mind.
Let’s work together to find the tools and approaches that help you thrive, not just survive! If you’re ready to feel supported and understood in a way that honours your unique brain, I’d love to hear from you. 😊
