# Heal With Hollie

> I'm a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor based on the Wirral.

In 2021 I was diagnosed with ADHD. This has given me experience of living with the impact of a late diagnosis and discovering how to adjust from a lifetime of masking. I am passionate about supporting those who have ADHD (or suspect they have ADHD) and the difficulties that can arise living with a neurodivergent condition in a neurotypical world.
